EU Settlement Scheme

The Home Office and UK Visas and Immigration have published documents containing information for applicants to the EU Settlement Scheme during the pilot scheme. The Scheme will run from 1 November to 21 December 2018.

Through the Settlement Scheme, EU citizens and their families will be able to apply to get either settled or pre-settled status.The scheme will open fully by 30 March 2019, but applicants who are eligible to take part in the pilot may be able to apply earlier.
